We have 2 different time frames for delivery
- In stock items take 3-5 business days
- Items on back-order can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.
There two ways to track your order
Using the “Track Your Order” option on the website homepage or under your account
We will send Tracking Number through Email/SMS should you wish to track your shipment on 3rd Party website.
To check if the product is eligible for return please contact us on the following email support@todaysdeal.co.za and provide as much information regarding the product and order as possible.
We will contact you in regards with your queries within 48-business hours.
If the product is eligible for return we will then provide further information as to how to send the product back to us or will arrange a collection from our side.
Please make sure before you purchase the product is exactly what you wish to buy.
We will offer exchanges or returns but that will cost the customer additional shipping charges unless the mistake was done by our staff.

We will provide customer updates in regards with the return status through email or sms. If customer wants to get an update they can send a query through to support@todaysdeal.co.za and we will revert back with the update.
Orders that are already placed and paid for cant be changed so please make sure before placing the order that everything is just as you wish.
If you do wish to contact us in regards with any problems related to the orders placed you can do so by sending a query through to support@todaysdeal.co.za and we will try our best to help where we can.
All orders that are not paid for will be automatically cancelled 2 weeks after the date of order placed, Items that are on special for a limited time can only be purchased during that time frame and have to be paid for within that time if not those items will be cancelled.
If you have placed an item and paid for it already and wish to cancel it please drop a request at support@todaysdeal.co.za and we will cancel the order.
Please note orders can only be canceled if they haven’t been shipped yet all orders that have been shipped already cannot be canceled.
A full refund will be done for cancelled orders that were paid by EFT. If the order was paid through card or other methods 15% deduction will be applicable.
- All products sold come with standard manufacturer warranty.
- In addition to Manufacturer warranties that can take long to be claimed we do provide with local assessments where we can to accelerate the process as much as possible. All products that we can do local assessments on will be replaced or repaired and sent back to customers within 5 to 7 working days.
- If the products cant be assessed local and have to be sent to manufacturer we will do so on customers behalf but this process will take long between 4-8 weeks.
- All small items incur R-150 for delivery
- All big and heavy items incur R-450 for delivery
- Shipping is free for all orders over R-1500
Currently we only ship inside South Africa and not internationally please make sure you reside in South Africa or the item you wish to purchase has to be delivered to South African Address.
- Item Must be in original form and must not have any physical damage
- Item must be returned in its original packaging along with all the extra accessories.
- Items will be assessed at our local store and we will try our best to conclude the returns as soon as possible between 5 to 7 business days.
- Items that require to be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment and warranty claims may take 6-8 Weeks.
